The line for this movie Saturday night was LOOONG! Seeing as how I never watched the show, I'll probably not be seeing the movie. Although, I hear it's kind of great!
I did, however, see the new Indiana Jones flick, and I think I agree with your review wholeheartedly. It smacked of George Lucas's horrible writing. Sometimes I wanted to boo...and sometimes I wanted to stand up in my seat and cheer.
Ohh Kyle, I love you dearly, but I couldn't disagree with you more. This was one of the worst movies I've seen in the past 5 years. It was too long and the movie completely left out the best character from the TV series: Lady Manhattan. (Mexico? LA? Whaaa?) I was sorely disappointed.
sweet aaron, you seem to be the only one other than straight men who never watched the series to dislike it. Everyone I know is obsessed and wants to see it a second time ... but every showing here is sold out!
